These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spacio Android application. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and is incorporated by reference.
Spacio helps you review device storage and reclaim space with on-device tools, including: storage dashboard and media/file indexing; exact duplicate and similar-photo detection; blurry / low-quality photo finder; screenshots cleanup; Files Cleanup (installers and Downloads/Documents where access is granted); large-file review, Recycle Bin, App Leftovers, and social/chat media toolkits; on-device photo and video optimization; and Scheduled Cleanup of Spacio’s own cache/temp/analysis data (optional recycle-bin emptying).
Processing is designed to run locally on your device. We do not provide cloud backup of your media library.
The app is a consumer utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Google, Android, or any third-party social media or messaging apps that may appear in toolkit labels or UI.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal use via Google Play (or other channels we authorize).
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Estimates of “recoverable,” “reclaimed,” or “potential savings” are approximations and are not guaranteed.
The app is a storage and media review tool. It does not guarantee that your device will become faster, use less RAM, or “boost” CPU performance. It does not claim to be a system “optimizer” beyond reclaiming storage you choose to free.
The free version may include advertising (banners, interstitials, and optional rewarded ads) and feature limits (for example similar- and blurry-scan quotas, limited cluster/history/large-file lists, and limited video-optimize credits).
Pro is offered via Google Play Billing (for example a one-time unlock such as spacio_pro_lifetime) and may remove ads and unlock additional features as described in the app (including higher scan/optimize limits and Scheduled Cleanup). Purchases, taxes, and refunds are governed by Google Play’s terms and refund policies.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob (and related Google services). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Consent forms may appear where required by law.
You agree not to use the app to access or alter data you are not authorized to manage; interfere with ads or billing abusively; use the app for unlawful purposes; or misrepresent the app as an official Google or manufacturer system utility.
The app, branding, and related materials are owned by Techsider Solutions or its licensors. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SCANS ARE COMPLETE, THAT DUPLICATE/SIMILAR/BLURRY DETECTION IS ERROR-FREE, THAT VIDEO OR IMAGE COMPRESSION WILL MEET A PARTICULAR QUALITY OR SIZE TARGET, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR BUG-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHSIDER SOLUTIONS AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP—INCLUDING DELETIONS YOU CONFIRM AND SCHEDULED CLEANUP YOU ENABLE—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PRO ACCESS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $10.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Techsider Solutions from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms or the app’s features. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
